KAOLIN CLAY: Kaolin clay has a “slippery” property which is oh-so-good-for-you when you are shaving! This clay (and any other clay, in fact) gives products what we call “slip.” For example: when you are shaving, do you know how you want the razor to glide effortlessly over your skin to avoid cutting yourself? This clay will gently draw impurities from the skin without removing natural oils while simultaneously exfoliating, cleansing, and stimulating circulation. White clay is suitable for all skin types, whether it be oily, blemish-prone, normal, sensitive, dry, or mature skin.
BENTONITE CLAY: Bentonite clay unclogs pores, draws out toxins and softens skin naturally which is the reason why it is predoom. The point of shaving soap is to provide a protective barrier between your skin and the razor blade so you can have a comfortable shave. Regular soaps tend to have a very thin, watery lather that is great for washing off dirt and grime predominantly used in our shaving soap.
